The whole weekend of the festival is packed with events for friends and families of all ages. From the all-ages grape stomp to the wine and beer tastings to the craft show and parade, there’s certain to be something for everyone.

Refresco Grape Stomp

It's back!!! Plans are well underway for this event.  New life has been added to this event.  Dress up like Lucy and try your luck at winning the contest.  A First Responders Stomp has been added and there is is still the Stomp For Cash, Stomp for Charity and Stomp for Fun.  Shirts are available in adult sizes for $15.00 on site.  Start talking to your team and plan to participate.  Sign your team up online to reserve your space!  Walk-ons will be welcome as long as there is an open time available.  Look for our fundraisers out selling "Smelly Footer Grape Shooters" all for their special causes.

Festival Transportation

St. Julian Winery

Enjoy events throughout the weekend at the St. Julian Winery.  Live entertainment will be offered on the Patio and in the Tank Room. Case sale will be offered 20% off and members will enjoy 25% off.  You can purchase tickets at the door for drinks and wine tastings.  The Motormouth BBQ will be on site all weekend serving delicious BBQ.

Duck Race

The Paw Paw Lions Club will be selling ducks all weekend and at 2:30 pm on Sunday afternoon, they will dump them in the river at Warner Vineyards,  The first duck to cross the finish line will win the prize.  This event will benefit the Gold Together Program that offers comfort bags to children going through Chemo, the STOP (State Trooper's Outreach Program) and the Blue Star Mothers #179.  Be sure to see a Lions Club member for your duck.

Book Sale

The Book Sale is back.  It will be located at the Perfect Storm West (Kalamazoo Ave.) and the parking lot next to the building  It will start on Friday at 9am thru 5pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday will be the final GRAB-ALL from 10 am to noon.  This event will benefit the Village Parks.  To doate books or more information contact vivaltree@yahoo.com.

Grape Lake Kayak Race

3rd Annual
September 10, 2022 - 12:00pm - 3:00pm

Sponsored by Lounsbury Excavating.  The race will take place at the launch at Sunset Park (M/40 at Power Plant Rd.).  All participants will be timed and winners will be determined by the best time.  All participants must wear a life jacket.  A Waiver will be completed and signed must be received prior to the race.  Prizes are presented at the close of the race.  The fee to participate is $15.00 Kayaks are provided or use your own Kayak. Catagories are: 13-17, 18-38 and 39 and up, male and female.

Children ages 13 to 17 will compete against each other and a parent or legal guardian must be present.  Adults 18 and up will compete against each other.

Weather:  If the race is cancelled on Saturday, it will be rescheduled for Sunday, Sept 11 at noon.  Should Sunday need to be cancelled, no refunds will be given.  A voucher will be given to each participant and will be good to use toward the 2023 Race.

41st Annual Vineyard Classic Bike Tour

3 Routes: 23 miles, 43 miles and 57 miles

Join us in Paw Paw for the 40th Annual Vineyard Classic Bike Tour now offered by the Kalamazoo Experiential Learning Ctr. (KELC Events).  This year, the event will benefit College Internships for sporting events, KELC Events and if you would like to speak with the organizer directly call 269-388-2830 or www.vineyardclassicbiketour.com.  Choose from three different routes that pass lush vineyards and orchards, right at the peak of harvest season. On this tour, you'll see the woods, rivers, lakes, and neighboring villages of the area. Routes are 23 miles, 43 miles and 57 miles.  Helmets are required.

29th Annual Grape Escape Classic Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show

Fireworks over Maple Lake

Hole-in-One Contest

Test your driving skills and aim with our hole-in-one contest. To qualify, you must be able to get your ball to land on our “green,” a raft in the lake. Then, on Sunday, 50 participants will have one chance to get that hole-in-one at 135 yards away.  This event is hosted by the Paw Paw Lions Club and will support the local projects they offer throughout the year.
