The Paw Paw Wine & Harvest Festival will resume this year, September 6-8, 2024, with lots of fun and events for the whole family. This is your source for all the information you may need about our festival, including the parade brochure and registration form, a history of the festival, information about volunteering or becoming a vendor for the festival, lists of places to stay, and the policies of the festival. We encourage all to reach out on our contact page for any other answers you may be looking for.

The festival offers something for everyone including tastings and tours for wine enthusiasts; a 5k, Grape Stomping Competition, Grape Lake Kayak Race, and other contests for the active members of your family; four stages of entertainment for music-lovers; and carnival rides, fireworks, and the parade for all ages. This is one weekend you won’t want to miss.

Festival Tent

For over 100 years, Paw Paw has celebrated the growing of grapes and the making of wines and juices, the weekend after Labor Day.  For three days each September, the town comes alive with events, tastings, music and more.

Visitors can take part in Grape Stomping, a 5K Run/Walk, Parade, Arts & Crafts, Car Show, 5 entertainment stages, Kayak Race, Bike Tour, and more.  Events for the young and old, for those who like physical activities and those who just want to set back and enjoy.

Make plans to visit Paw Paw in September, to have a GRAPE TIME!

Where to Stay

If you are from out of town and want somewhere to stay throughout the entire festival, there are different options available for you. Local hotels and inns are a great, affordable option to all who are visiting to consider. These locations know that guests plan to stay throughout the festival each year, so they will help you find a room as long as there is space available. Some that we recommend include:

Maple Lake

Some of the events at the Paw Paw Wine and Harvest Festival require a registration to participate. We want all who are interested in participating to get their opportunity, so make sure that you sign up for each that you plan on being a part of each year. Make sure to read the description of each event featured at the festival before signing up, as some require a team to participate. Registration forms may be found here:

Once your registration has been submitted, a member of the festival’s planning team will get in touch to let you know you have been accepted as an applicant. We look forward to seeing you participate!

Grape Stomp

We spend all year planning an event that has something for everyone to enjoy.  Unfortunately, there are circumstances that require us to cancel events for the safety of everyone, which may be done at the last minute.

We do allow dogs at events, they must be on a leash and with the owner at all times.  Children are allowed in the Festival Tent as long as they are with an adult and remained seated.

We cannot allow demonstrations or events that might be offensive or harm festival attendees.

Vendors who are not registered with the festival will be asked to leave.
