How to Volunteer

The Wine and Harvest Festival is always looking for volunteers to assist us in the many areas of the festival.

Why Volunteer?

  • Official volunteer t-shirt - only available to festival volunteers

  • The Grape Times - a semi annual newsletter providing you with advance notice of upcoming festival events, tells you what is happening with festival planning and features fellow volunteers in each issue.

  • Pre Event Party - Come revel with your fellow volunteers at our annual Sponsor/Volunteer Appreciation Party.  Get your t-shirt and enjoy an evening of fun eats and drinks.

General Info?
Please review the volunteer opportunities below. Click here to fill out an application.  We ask that volunteers work a 3 hour shift to be eligible for the volunteer perks listed above.

  • Beer Tent (selling tickets or serving beer)

  • Information Booth (answering general questions and handing out festival guides)

  • Stompyland - our children's activity area

  • Teen Dance - We are always looking for chaperones

  • Clean Team - Let's leave our Village the way we found it.

  • Setup/Tear Down - Setup begins the day of the festival and Sunday after the festival closes.

  • Parade - Assist with lineup of parade participants

  • Stage Crew - Dedication, ability to lift heavy equipment and a willingness to work and pitch in wherever the stage manager needs you.

  • Car Show - Assist with sign in and award presentation.

  • Vendors - we have vendor locations throughout town and need volunteers to monitor those areas to show vendors where to setup.

  • Education - We often host educational seminars and need volunteers to assist the speaker with setup.

  • Sponsorships - Distribute materials to sponsors
