The Paw Paw Service League Invites You to Their 40th Annual Harvest Festival to Be Held on

September 7th and September 8th, 2019


1.    Be Respectful

2.  Only bring items that are HANDMADE BY YOU.  Bring crap/manufactured items and you will be told to leave.

3.  Be on time:  Show times are Saturday 9am to 6pm; Sunday 10am to 4pm.  Set-up hours: Friday 6pm to 8pm; Saturday 6am to 8:30am; Sunday 7am to 9:30am.

ABSOLUTELY NO SET UP before sign in.  Each exhibitor MUST report  to the registration first.  You are responsible for your individual display, set-up, protection of personal property and clean up.  Dumpsters are available on the next block by the Festival Tent.  Never pack up during show times.  DO NOT move your vehicles until the streets are clear of people and it is at least 6:15 pm on Saturday and 4:15pm on Sunday.  This is for everybodys safety.

4.  Bring enough product for both days.

5.  Booth space is approx. 10 X 13 feet and vendors going otside thsi space will be charged accordingly except for the space needed for seating.  If you have a wheeled display, please request a street space.  Spikes cannot be used to secure your canopies during this festival due to fiber optics, so please bring heavy weights for your canopy.  Also, be prepared for raine/shine.  Only open air spaces are available and prepare to set up on either grass or asphalt.

6.  For an additional fee a limited amount of spaces are available with electrical access but we need to be advised in advance.

7.  A limited number of spaces will be available for some homemade food items such as dips.

8.  If interested in a one day only space, please note this on the application which day you will be attending.  The price remains the same.

9.  If something catastrophic happens that does not allow you to attend the show call in advance at (269) 998-2669 or if you cannot return on Sunday, you must notify me at 269-998-2669.  If you do not contact me timely and do not show up or return then DO NOT APPLY AGAIN.

10.  To apply mail your completed application AND a self addressed stamped envelope (needed for confirmation info) along with your check made payable to the Paw Paw Service League.  The non-refundable entry fee is $135 per booth if received by July 20th, 2019 or $175 per booth if received after July 20th.  To obtain a MI sales tax number, mail to the MI dept of Treasury, Treasurery Building, Lansing MI 48922 or phone 517-636-4660 or bring a Concessionaires form #2271 completed with your personal information (e.g. name, address & ss #).

11.  Pets are better left at home or they will need to be on a leach due to a new ordinance.

12.  Parking: Vendor parking is NOT allowed in the Van Buren County Court House parking lot.  All vendor vehicles must be moved by 8:30 am on Saturday and 9:30am on Sunday.  It needs to be cleared out to allow for customers.

13.  Access to the internet is not available.  You will need an app to access the internet for the use of credit cards.

14.  MEDIA REMINDR:  Do not bring items that have not been handmade by you.  This will NOT be tolerated.  All handicrafts MUST be the original work of the artist, so leave the junk at home.  The committee reserves the right to reject displays, work or material considered bot in good taste or have a display that is not professional in appearance.

15.Any problems (including other vendors) need to be addressed to our registration booth.

16.  Please tell other good vendors to apply using our app on the website: www.wineandharvestfestival.com.
